Use Centrelink Express Plus to access your Centrelink services on the go.

The Express Plus Centrelink mobile app makes it easy to manage your Centrelink information online. To use the app, you will need to have a Centrelink online account linked to your myGov account. With Express Plus Centrelink, you can do most of the things you can do on your Centrelink online account, without needing to visit an office or wait on hold. Here's what you can do using the app:

• View and update your personal data, including study data.

• Enter your professional income.

• View and update your estimated household income and payment options.

• Check your payments.

• Upload documents to Centrelink.

• View details of your childcare allowance.

• Request or repay an advance.

• Track the progress of most claims online.

• View your Centrelink letters.

• Manage your consent for energy bill relief.

• View and manage your Centrelink appointments by adding reminders to your personal calendar.

• View digital copies of your Centrelink concession or healthcare cards.

Whether you use a BasicsCard or your payments are managed by income, you can manage your own money to easily check your available balance and view recent transactions on your BasicsCard.

To sign in to the app, use your myGov login details and create a myGov PIN. You can then use your myGov PIN to sign in to the app whenever you use it.
